Weerts Logistics Parks Hungary is the Hungarian branch of Weerts Real Estate. The Real Estate Projects division originated mainly out of the historic transport and logistics business, both in terms of types of buildings (focus on industrial, semi-industrial and related office projects) and geographically. Weerts Group made its first footprint in Hungary in the early nineties when it built (and operated) Danone’s first warehouse in Budapest (Hungary) and moved into Romania together with Carrefour, one of its key transport clients in Belgium following the acquisition of Carrefour’s internal transport division (Supertransport) and McDonalds (Havi Logistics).

In recent years, the focus has been on setting up strong teams to support its developments in CEE.
